Learn "the language of cooking without recipes" in a plant - based study of the food groups: whole dish-grain, vegetables, and beans in addition to soups, sauces, and meal composition. This course is appropriate for anyone interested in learning to cook without recipes. It may be adapted for allergies, food sensitivities for most health concerns, and stimulates a life-time of cooking without boredom.
