Cooking.She
has written articles for New Age Journal and
Veggie-life Magazine, and Quinoa Corporation.
For 30 years she has worked with natural foods,
as a business woman, teacher, mother, and dancer.
Joanne has also designed food service operations
both as consultant and proprietor.

| Omid is
a graduate of SNC and holds a Masters of Arts
degree in Applied Behavioral Science. Omid serves
as a psychotherapist, culinary instructor and
a yoga teacher in the Seattle area. His focus
is on educating others in practicing, eating
and living intentionally and mindfully in order
to develop and sustain a greater degree of health
as a lifelong practice.

Duhon

Mike is a graduate
of SNC and an honored graduate of the Écoles
Grégoire-Ferrandi in Paris. His most recent
continuing education was a summer study at La
Escuela de Hosteleria y Turismo de Valencia in
Valencia, Spain. He is a certified chef and an
artist with food.
His passion blends the classical forms and artistic
presentation with vegan cuisine.

Susan Jane Cheney

Susan is an original
member of the Moosewood Collective. She is author
of the book Breadtime
Stories and Stir
Crazy in addition to being a contributing
writer for Vegetarian Times Magazine.
She draws upon more than 25 years experience with
natural food cooking and special breads to teach
the bread course with mastery, delicate finesse,
and precision. |
