Protein   Focus

Pre-requisite: The Main Course or The Foundation Course

 

Many people define their “diet” according to which protein family they choose to eat. Every effort is made to use local, grass fed, free range, organic meat, eggs and poultry. We choose fresh, wild fish of the highest quality we can find. The Language for Cooking™ is used to demystify and study the protein element. Choose one or more of the following topics:

 

•  Tofu, Tempeh, Seitan

•  Fish and Seafood

•  Eggs and Poultry

•  Red Meat

16 hours lecture demonstration (4 hours each session)

Includes: Workbook, Ingredients

Cost: $180 per individual class

$620 for all four classes ($100 discount for entire course)
